‘Il Penseroso’ by John Everett Millais (British, 1829-1896).
Millais died of throat cancer in 1896. Millais is known for many romantic and beautiful works of women of almost breakable degree and powerful men. All of which have stories with in every stroke. Millais is also known as one of the founders of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood.
